Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has entered into an agreement with Starbo Holding AB for the acquisition of the property Upplands-Väsby Glädjen 1:56 next to the E4 at Trafikplats Glädjen. The acquisition is done through acquisitions and the preliminary purchase price of the shares amounts to 22.7 million SEK, based on an underlying value 32.5 million SEK. Access is scheduled for September 3, 2018 and the acquisition is conditional on the decision of the buyer.
