Among the individual operators, Netflix gets the highest score among streaming services, 71.8. Viaplay is down with 66.5. In standard digital TV, Telia is in the top 67.2, while Boxer only wins 56.0.

For broadband, overall customer satisfaction is increasing among individuals in just a few years. But at the same time, the number of business customers is decreasing, and this year the ratings are meeting in the middle, at just under 66 on the scale.

Ownit and Bahnhof rank respectively first with 71.9 and 71.1, respectively, for private customers, while Telenor is far behind at 59.2.

According to SKI, operators with ratings under 60 may lose their clients, while grades above 75 are needed for the relationship to be truly stable.

Polls include 2,470 broadband interviews and 3,279 television interviews in September and October, SKI said in a press release.
