Saab has determined that the subscription price of the rights issue published in October will be SEK 225 per share.
As previously announced, the rights offering will add approximately 6 billion Swedish crowns to Saab before issue costs.
The subscription period runs from November 29 to December 14. The date of reconciliation for the acquisition of the subscription rights will be November 26, 2018.
Saab shareholders benefit from the Series A and B subscription rights for each share they own. Four subscription rights will entitle the holder to subscribe for one new share.
Several large owners of Saab have committed to subscribe to their share of the number, as is known in the past.
