The Bulgarian Competition Authority decided today not to allow MTG to sell its interests in the Nova Broadcasting Group in Bulgaria to the PPF Group. The idea was that MTG uses the proceeds of the sale to invest in Nordic Entertainment and Studios. The conclusion of the Authority surprised MTG, which writes in a comment:

"The decision of the Bulgarian Competition Authority is surprising and MTG will review it before the company decides to the next step."
