Castellum sold a residential, commercial and office property on Drottninggatan 11 in Örebro, Bromsgården 1, about 3,000 m². The property is located in the center of Örebro. The withdrawal will take place on September 1st. New owner becomes the real estate company Karaffen Förvaltnings AB, who was also a tenant of the property.

Karaffen Förvaltnings AB is a real estate company founded in Örebro in 1992. The company owns and manages approximately 400 apartments in Örebro and Stockholm today. The company also has offices, commercial premises, workshops and industrial premises in Örebro, Stockholm and Köping (Storagatan 10, including hotels and restaurants)
