Paying bills was easy for everyone once and for all. The man went to his bank office and paid. Nowadays, it is usually managed via the Internet, which has made it easier for many. For others, it means going to the library, if there is one nearby and, in some cases, if you can get help to get there. There are nowadays often computers and help. But is it the thought that librarians should act on digital guides?
