With a man over forty-five (19459004), Thomas Jisander applied for a loan of 120 million SEK from Norwegian Eksportkreditt through his company in Gothenburg.

The loan application left false information and thus attempted to mislead the Norwegian company. The reason that should be mentioned is that the loan would be used to develop a bank on the Internet, a bank that did not exist, according to Deputy Chief Prosecutor Henric Fagher.

Thomas Jisander and the other man deny the allegations.

"The correct information has been provided, my client denies the crimes, he claims that it is the question of a usual investment and development project in which he was involved", said Izisander Taavi Tuula's defense attorney in Ekot.

Thomas Jisander, currently known as Thomas Johansson, was previously involved in a major ecological flight in the late 1990s. Then, hundreds of millions of crowns were transferred from the investment company Trustor to accounts abroad.
