20 minutes – These are the worst trains in Switzerland

The Federal Office of Transport (FOT) recently published a report on the quality of regional public transport – with the help of test-takers, it measured the quality of 88 regional rail and bus companies . The cleanliness of the trains and buses, the skill of the bus drivers or the customer information in the vehicle and at the bus stop have all been evaluated with the help of a list control.

According to the test, last year, 23% of railway companies failed. Even with regional bus companies have missed 13 percent of goals. The report did not reveal what the companies had completed.

SBB behave well
