The man left at around 02:30 clock a treat on the Viehmarkplatz. He walked alone on the pedestrian Tonhallenstraase to Konstanzerstrasse.
On the other side of the street, he noticed a group of young men sitting on the forecourt. The members of this group attacked the pedestrian. He fell to the ground. Unknown men beat him further and moved away from the crime scene.
When the victim regained consciousness, he went to the hospital. Various injuries could be diagnosed.
