On Friday morning, shortly after 8 am, a cyclist (65) was struck at the Seestrasse in the Zurich 2 district with a pedestrian (82). The woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries and in critical condition. The 65-year-old cyclist suffers minor injuries
Now the sad certainty: The woman († 82) died and she succumbed to her injuries Friday night.
Police looking for witnesses
"The cause of the woman's death is still unclear," police spokesman Christian Spaltenstein told LOOK. "Investigations are in progress."
The cyclist involved in the collision was questioned by the police. Spaltenstein: "We are also looking for witnesses.We want the statements of the spectators to get an independent opinion on the accident." (Nl)
