According to the police of Basel-Landschaft, a 34-year-old woman fell of a ledge at 1:20. The area surrounding the ruin Rifenstein in the depths and suffered serious injury.
The rescue services were able to locate the woman in the steep terrain and therefore recover her. Subsequently, she was flown to REGA, where she died despite intensive medical care.
