The municipalities of Rapperswil-Jona, Eschenbach, Schmerikon, Uznach, Gommiswald, Benken, Schänis and Kaltbrunn have also decided to extend the fire ban to all the municipality and prohibit fireworks. This prohibition now applies until further notice.

And the Innerrhoder Standeskommission also set up a fire ban in the forest and near the forest. The same goes for the canton of Zurich. In addition, the inhabitants of Zurich are also banned from bonfires.
