Thousands of medical records of US patients, some of whom are children, have been exposed in another health data security gap. According to TechCrunch.
The server stored approximately 109,000 files, including physician notes, third-party test results, and insurance claims, as well as some of nTreatment’s internal documents. Almost all of this sensitive information was apparently visible through a web browser.
