Want to say goodbye to aging? Israeli scientists set to reverse 25-year aging

Israeli scientists have conducted research that will help fight aging. The research was conducted on 35 volunteers over the age of 64.

The volunteers were given clean oxygen for 90 minutes a day, five days a week in a pressurized chamber. The experiment continued for three months and the end result was appalling.

Scientists claim that the aging of the 35 volunteers was stopped, which means that research in just three months was successful in carrying out the reverse aging process.

Scientists have successfully curbed two age-improving processes: the telomere and defective cells in the body.

A telomere is the last end of a chromosome that protects it from damage during replication. Every time there is a replication, the telomere takes a hit and gets shorter. With each passing day, they get shorter. And when they get very short, the chromosomes are unable to replicate and the aging process begins.

Scientists not only limited the damage to the telomere, but also succeeded in reducing the number of cells inactivated by oxygen therapy.

This is not the first attempt to reverse aging. Humans have been trying to find a solution for a very long time. Ayurveda is one of those medical practices with a history dating back over 5,000 years and the method used to prevent aging in Ayurveda is called Rasayana.

Five thousand years ago, King Gilgamesh of Egypt devised a comprehensive program based on Chinese medical practice to overcome aging.

Around 2,000 years ago, the famous Egyptian queen Cleopatra used donkey milk to stay young. It may sound strange, but this milk is used in large quantities for the manufacture of beauty products and is sold in the market for between 5 and 7,000 rupees per liter.

The market for anti-aging products is 88,000 crore rupees. Countries like China, Australia, India and South Korea have the maximum demands for these products.

US industrialist Bill Maris, who started Google Ventures, claimed a few years ago that science and technology will help humans live at least 500 years.

But the question is, why do people not want to look old and thrive to stop the aging process? Psychologists believe that the desire to always look young has been on the minds of humans for a very long time, and they are unable to accept the fact that they are no longer agile.

People don’t want to retire because in doing so you lose everything you have earned so far.

So, to live a long life, you don’t have to depend on science alone. For example, there is a village in China called Chemiang where most of the people are over 100 years old.

The reason for this long life is that the people here are dependent on agriculture and there is no industrialization near the village, which means a clean environment. Another important factor is their eating habits. Fresh fruits and vegetables are readily available to them. And finally, they work in the fields which makes them stronger.

If you too want to live a long life, add exercise to your diet, adopt good eating habits, and choose an unpolluted place.

Are we ready to accept death as it occurs? Most of us live in a materialistic world that requires us to be a little greedy. Science can help you to some extent, but death will certainly come. The only way to live long is to make your life memorable.
