Yesterday, the Supreme Court held a hearing in the case Apple Inc. v. Pepper. "Pepper" is Robert Pepper, an Apple customer who, along with three other plaintiffs, has filed a class action alleging that App Store customers have been overtaxed for iOS apps through 30% commission. Apple which, according to Pepper, would result from monopoly control exercised by Apple's App Store.
