A team of divers discovered an iPhone X worth £ 800 in a lake at a water sports park – and it was still working well that it had been dropped two days ago.

A staff member, Brad Beech of Nottinghamshire Live, asked professional divers to find the phone dropped off at Spring Lakes Water Sports in Long Eaton.

Warren Palmer, 44, his wife Shell, 44, and his son-in-law Anthony Hanstock, 24, found the phone submerged at 4 meters deep in the water park.

Mr. Hanstock said, "We had a plan developed on this grid.

"But I got a little off the race and when I hit the bottom, I reached out and touched the phone.

"I grabbed it and I pressed the home button. It turned on.The screen went on and it had a missed call." of his grandfather.

"I screamed under the water, it was amazing that it still works after two days."

The phone was lost two days earlier by a staff member

Mr. Breech had dropped him in the lake a few days ago while he was on mission.

Mr Hanstock said: "After thanking us, Brad told us that we had saved him about £ 800 for phone insurance.

"They gave us exclusive rights to the lake now, so anyone who follows the course and drops anything, can just call us.

"The lake was so cloudy that we never found anything else that day."

Brad, the owner of the iPhone, said, "We were very grateful for finding my iPhone X that has spent two days under water and that works perfectly.

"Give them a like and follow and share the love for underwater hunters."

The water sports center belongs to the couples of Mansfield, Katie and Richard Hill, both 40 years old, who have declared that they want the site to become one of the best wakeboard centers in the country.

The Spring Lakes Water Sports Center, open to the public on Saturdays, is located on the site of the former American Adventure Amusement Park.
