Sony is still producing smartphones and they will continue to unveil a new flagship product at MWC 2019. A few months before its official announcement, we now have a preview of the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ4. Not only does it have a bigger screen to challenge the iPhone XS Max
The people at MySmartPrice have achieved exclusive renditions via serial publications.
As for the number of cameras, Sony is quite late. The Xperia XZ2 Premium announced in April 2018 was their first flagship smartphone to use two cameras. For the Xperia XZ4, it has three cameras on the back, but until now, there are no details on the individual cameras yet. On the Xperia XZ2 Premium, the secondary camera is a monochrome shooter that allows it to capture more detail in low light conditions.
Instead of having a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, like the Xperia XZ2 and XZ3, it seems like the Xperia XZ4 uses a built-in fingerprint sensor like the Xperia Z5. The camera always comes with a dedicated shutter button.
Like the Xperia XZ2 and XZ3, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack and the sound is pushed via USB-C. So far, its internal hardware has not been mentioned, but it is likely to work on the next Qualcomm Snapdragon 8150 processor. You can also expect that Sony retains its waterproofness to IP68 dust and water as well as a pair of stereo speakers.
