The High Court of Shah Alam rejected the request of three worshipers of Sri Maha Mariamman Temple of Seafield to prevent One City Development from seizing lands on which the temple rests.

"He refused to give the stay. No costs were awarded, "said the applicants' lawyer, S. Mogan, after a hearing before Judge Gunalan Muniandy, held this morning in camera, with the lawyers of the promoter.
