Huawei's first phone with display hole appears live

The last time, Huawei said that he was about to launch a smartphone with a display hole in front for the selfie camera. The company then took another step by putting it on stage at the celebration of the 18th anniversary of Chinese singer Jackson Yee, one of the ambassadors of the Huawei Nova series recently.

Provisionally known as Huawei Nova 4, the phone is looking to push the body / screen ratio to the limit. With the curved corners on the screen, the preview also indicates that there will be some degree of curvature on the sides of the phone. Although it may not be as important as the Mate 20 Pro, the lack of sides of the phone's call casing suggests that some curves will occur.

The most important feature of the phone is the cutting of the camera at the top left of the phone. Huawei's vision on Samsung's Infinity-O display seems to be perfect. There is a bit of chin, but at least the phone has no notch.

The back of the phone is covered, but reports say that it will share similarities with the Huawei P20 Pro. Some reports also pointed to USB Type-C and an audio jack.

Huawei is expected to have the phone on sale in China on December 12. No prices have been disclosed yet. However, given the popularity of the Nova series in some markets outside of China, such as Malaysia, it is quite possible that the global release of the phone will arrive just after the Chinese launch.
