South Korea's star, Lee Seung-mo, broke his neck during a disgusting fall at the K-League play-offs yesterday.
The 20-year-old Gwangju FC star picked up her head and landed on her neck in a disturbing passage – also breaking a finger.

Lee lost consciousness in the fall and was rushed to the hospital where it was revealed that he had broken three vertebrae.
Speaking on the incident, a club spokesman said: "He only remembers getting his head, then he lost his memory until he arrived in the emergency room.
"He regained consciousness after arriving at the Yuseong-Sun Hospital emergency room, complaining of pain in his left and back.
"There was no abnormality in the CT scan, only three fractures of the cervical vertebrae.

"He was transferred to the hospital of Chosun University in Gwangju that night and interviewed by a doctor in neurosurgery.
"The fracture of the left finger has been confirmed."
Lee will be away for about three months and will be monitored at the hospital for a few weeks.
The statement goes on: "He will be allowed out of the hospital for two to three weeks after stabilization and restoration because there are no other abnormalities.

Lee was part of the South Korean U-23 team for the Asian Games. His country won the gold medal, allowing Son Heung-min and his teammates to avoid military service.
Gwangju, 20, lost the first leg 1-0 to Daejeon Citizen.
