The new Porsche 911 is also equipped as standard with an anti-collision assistance and brake assistance system.
A night vision assist function using a thermal camera is also available as an option for the 911 for the first time.
There are relatively few changes to the exterior design – although the 911 is getting new LED lights – but the interior has been seriously reworked, with a new 10.9-inch center touch screen.
Underneath is a compact five-button switching unit for direct access to important vehicle functions.
