Najib's defense criticized for last-minute "irresponsible" attempt to disqualify prosecutor

SULAIMAN Abdullah today described as irresponsible the defense's bid to challenge his appointment as Senior Prosecutor in the SRC International Sdn Bhd case involving former Prime Minister Najib Razak at the eleventh hour.

Sulaiman, who was appointed chief of the PDP by the Attorney General's Office, told the High Court that the defense should have raised this issue as early as the first day of its summons.
