KUALA LUMPUR: It is too early for the police to give the green light to the rally against the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) on December 2 and 8.

"We were informed that DBKL had entrusted the decision to Cabinet. Alhamdullilah yesterday, the Prime Minister said that he had no problem with our meeting if we followed the conditions of a peaceful rally.
