Chief Justice Richard Malanjum has not been able to act against a "high" unidentified judge for judicial interference, as alleged by the Court Judge. appeal, Hamid Sultan Abu Backer, because the judge in question had retired.
The case was the unilateral conversion of Mr. Indira Gandhi's children.
