Honda Motor Co. Thailand has just previewed the all-new Honda Accord at the Thailand International Motor Expo 2018.

This is only a preview, but very little information was shared on the film model presented at the exhibition. The company claims that the all-new Accord, which is in its tenth generation, offers a revolutionary exterior design with sporty elegance that showcases a blend of sport and luxury.

Compared to its predecessor, the all-new Accord features a longer wheelbase and a wider body but slightly shorter and lower. In fact, the sloping C pillar and the rear panel have a strong resemblance to the smaller Civic sedan.

In the North American market, powertrain options are a 1.5-liter turbo (192 hp, 260 Nm) combined with a CVT-type automatic, a new 2.0-liter turbo (252 hp, 370 Nm) which sends its power via new 10-speed automatic torque converter, and the third-generation sport-electric dual-hybrid sports hybrid.

Honda plans to formally launch the all-new Accord in Thailand in early 2019. In September, an entirely camouflaged test vehicle was taken on the streets of Thailand.

The company also launched the revamped Honda Civic sedan at the show.
