At present, WiFi service is available in more than 277 sites in the Klang and Seremban valleys. To use the service, simply search for the Digi-WiFi access point, connect to it and enter your mobile number. You will receive an SMS for confirmation.
Below is the list of WiFi passes available:

The WiFi pass will be billed to your Digi account postpaid and prepaid. So make sure your account balance is sufficient before subscribing. According to Digi, there is no data quota on their WiFi network, which is fine if you need to update your apps or download content for offline viewing. You can even connect up to 4 devices simultaneously, including your laptop. tablet and other spare devices.
The WiFi connection is provided in partnership with Telekom Malaysia and Digi strives to provide a minimum of 4 Mbps. Actual speeds may vary depending on the number of users connected to the same hotspot.
Interestingly, their FAQ states that all passes are valid for 24 hours after purchase. They gave an example for a 3-hour pass. If you have used it for an hour before logging out, you can still use the remaining data of your pass by reconnecting within 24 hours.
This is not the first time Digi has offered a WiFi access point service. Previously, they offered it for free for their Digi broadband customers in some universities.
