There are conflicting claims about how the fire and rescue service personnel, Muhammad Adib, Muhammad Kassim, was injured to death during the riot in Subang Jaya on Tuesday morning.
According to the authorities, Adib was forced to get off a van and was assaulted while he was responding to an emergency.
However, guards at Sri Maha Mariamman Temple are arguing and holding a press conference this afternoon to draw attention to a video clip that has recently surfaced.
The guards claim that the video clip allegedly showed a man dressed in a fire-resistant suit walking behind a fire truck that suddenly spilled.
"The fire engines have rolled over until now and hit him (which led Adib to land) on a car that was on the back," said the temple priest. , Ramaji.
When contacted, Selangor Police Chief Mazlan Mansor said he was investigating this angle, but could not provide details at this stage.
However, some members of the fire and rescue service Malaysiakini Adib could not be the person in the video because he was wearing a fire-resistant nomex suit and helmet (photo left).
Adib is part of the Emergency Medical Relief Team (EMRS) which requires a different uniform (photo, right).
Sources also claim that Adib was sitting at the front of the EMRS vehicle and was not landing alone.
Adib, 24, is currently in intensive care at the National Institute of Cardiology. It is said that his condition improves.
Another Video clip surfaced, allegedly showing a group abducting Adib from the scene and loading him into a van that sent him to the hospital.
