PUTRAJAYA: Former Education Minister, Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid, was summoned again by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
According to sources, Mahdzir will be questioned about the 2 RM solar energy project for rural schools in Sarawak.
He arrived at headquarters around 9 am on Thursday, 29 November.
It is unknown if he will be arrested by the anti-transplant body.
Mahdzir was questioned on October 16 on the same subject.
A group headed by Datuk Lokman, Noor Adam, of Umno, has already called on supporters to gather "for solidarity" in front of the MACC headquarters on Thursday night, if Mahdzir is arrested.
It was announced earlier that Mahdzir would be charged in court on Friday (30 November).
However, another source said the case of Mahdzir would likely be postponed and that he would not be charged so soon.
If he was to be charged, Mahdzir would be the third person to be brought to court, after Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and his aide, Datuk Rizal Mansor.
The two men were separately indicted on 15 November in the Kuala Lumpur Court of Sessions for corruption in the solar project.
