Mo Salah posed for a photo with his two domestic cats to protest one of the unfamiliar stories coming from his Egyptian nation.
The Liverpool star has published a cliché on Twitter with his two siamese cats, as well as the caption: "Cats and dogs will not be exported anywhere, it will not happen."
This comes after the Egyptian government has been forced to deny its intention of exporting cars and stray dogs to countries where they are consumed as local delicacies.

Salah said, "Cats and dogs will not be exported. It's not going to happen.
According to the Al-Araby news agency, the Egyptian government has authorized the collection and export of 4,100 stray cats and dogs to other countries.
A spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture would have denied these claims, calling them "unfounded".
That did not stop Salah, the most famous football player in Egypt, from confirming his status as an animal lover and supporting his feline friends.
Salah has already posted photos with her cats – although it's not topless this time
Salah has already posted photos of himself with his cats, but was not topless on this occasion because it figured in a previous picture released in October.
The star is released with her pets before Liverpool return to the Champions League this week, with a huge game on Wednesday.
They will go to Paris Saint-Germain, where a win would confirm their place in the last 16 games, but their defeat would leave them in the box for a quick elimination.
