New Destiny 2: The Forsaken Raid arrives in December

If you have done all that there is to do in AbandonedHowever, you will still want to keep the game installed, as a new raid arrives in December.

The new raid will be available to annual game pass holders on Dec. 7, and Bungie does not say much about what to expect.

On December 4, annual pass holders will also have access to Black Forge, where they will complete four separate challenges to obtain four weapons.

The "Forge Season" will run from December to February and will also include content for those who do not have the annual pass. If you have Abandoned, you can increase your power level to 650 during this ride, and the Dawning Vacation Event will be available to all players in December.

In March, the "Drifter Season" will begin. It will also include an increase in the power level for Abandoned players, as well as games and private gambit cards. Weapons and equipment "Joker's Wild", new experience Gambit and Xur Bounties. An exotic quest will also be available for annual pass holders.

The third season has no name yet, but it will include a new raid, an activity for six players, quests and gear, as well as a power increase. It will run from June to August and we will probably hear more information on specific details in 2019.

Bungie is definitely hoping Destiny 2 players to stay with the game over a longer period of time. Earlier in November, Activision said during a call for results that Abandoned sales did not live up to expectations, and since the base game is free on PlayStation Plus before the release of the expansion, it seems that the publisher is pushing newcomers to get started. Destiny 2 Director Luke Smith defended the game on Twitter, saying that Bungie "intended to create a game that Destiny players would like, and at Bungie, we love it too".
