Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi has left the club for another loan from the Premier League giants.
The Nigerian striker joined Bundesliga Bundesliga Mainz 05 in a one-year loan deal.
The 21-year-old will join Mainz 05 on loan for the 2019/20 season.
His loan contract was confirmed by Liverpool via an official statement on their Twitter account on Tuesday.
Taiwo Awoniyi was loaned last season to the Royal Excel Mouscron.
The former Nigerian junior international has signed a new contract in Liverpool in 2018.
He became a Liverpool player in 2015 after joining Imperial Academy in Nigeria.
Taiwo Awoniyi has also borrowed from clubs such as Genk, FSV Frankfurt, etc.
He has not played Liverpool competitively since moving to Anfield four years ago.
Liverpool will start the season again without him.
The Reds will begin their Premier League season Friday night by welcoming the newly promoted team, Norwich City, to Anfield.
