One of the last remaining seats for the 2019 Formula 1 season at Toro Rosso now has a confirmed driver. New Zealander Brendon Hartley will leave the headquarters of the Italian team based in Faenza to welcome Alexander Albon, the star of the Thai Formula 2, born in London. He will join Daniil Kvyat in Toro Rosso's 2019 drivers team, Pierre Gasly joining Red Bull.
