KUALA LUMPUR: The government is ready to resume the search for the missing flight Malaysian Airlines MH370 if there are credible leads, said the Minister of Transport, Loke Siew Fook.

"The government has already said that if credible evidence emerges and that the conclusions convince us that we can find the missing aircraft, we will reconsider.

"We do not completely dismiss the possibility of resuming the research mission, but the government can not continue its research without credible leads, without strong evidence," he said while closing the debate on the bill Committee level credits for his ministry in Dewan Rakyat's session.

Loke said he would meet a group of parents of MH370 crew members and passengers who said they found new debris in the plane and planned to hand them over to the government.

In another case, Loke said the government plans to install more AES (Automated Enforcement System) cameras in areas identified as accident-prone areas, including through the concept of corporate social responsibility (CSR). .

"We are in discussion with PLUS Berhad, who has proposed to the government to help install AES cameras in accident prone areas," he said, describing the move as a win-win situation.

Loke pointed out that the government did not intend to collect a high number of assignments, but that this measure was a reminder to road users to always drive safely and safely.
