PUTRAJAYA: A police investigation into Monday's attack on Sri Maha Mariamman's temple in Subang Jaya is focused on a group of Malaysian hired by the company owning the temple's land, announced today. the government.

"Our assumption is that he is a lawyer representing One City and that he has received the money. I do not think the lawyer is so generous to give money to these people.
"There must be a connection with the efforts to take control of the land. But it is the action of the lawyer who caused all this. This is not true. "
He stated that two attorneys representing the promoter are among the 21 people arrested by the police to assist in the investigations related to the incident.
Muhyiddin reiterated the statements of the heads of government who said the fight in the temple was not racial in nature.
He called for calm, adding that Malaysians should not share false news on social media.
"We need to focus on issues that affect people, such as economic problems."
He added that the dispute over the temple should not ruin the race relations in the country.
