The new generation of BMW Z4 will arrive in India next year
We have been waiting for this for a while time now, and we believe that the time has arrived. BMW has announced that the German automaker will unveil a new production car at the upcoming Monterey Car Week, and we believe it's the new generation BMW Z4. BMW will present the new generation Z4 at the Pebble Beach Elegance Contest on August 23, with the premiere of the new BMW M850i Coupé and BMW Concept M8 Gran Coupe. While BMW has not confirmed whether it is actually Z4, the company says the new model will definitely be an emotional addition to the BMW lineup.

The new BMW Z4 generation is in the final phase of testing and in a few weeks we will have to see it in flesh. Visually, the new BMW Z4 adds more character than its predecessor not only to the l? outside, but also inside. While the design is still under wraps, expect the Z4 to have a soft top instead of the previous generation hardtop. The recently disclosed patent images, however, gives an overview of the design. Expect the Z4 to feature a wider grille with stacked headlamps and narrowed tees in the front fascia. The Z4 will be aggressive in its presence on the road and will lose weight thanks to the new platform. At the back, the Z4 sculpts on the small spoiler.

At the heart of the Z4 will be a 2.0-liter gasoline engine and a six-liter six-cylinder diesel engine. While the gasoline engine will produce 350 hp and 500 NM, the entry-level gasoline engine will produce 250 hp. If we believe the reports, BMW will also introduce the hybrid version of Z4, but at a later stage.
