If you are like most of us, you can not wait until October 26 to immerse yourself in the Red Dead Redemption 2 of Rockstar Games . The wait may be unbearable, but the players of Grand Theft Auto Online have discovered that they may have access to some western gaming weapon in online gaming right now.
Data miners recently discovered the existence of "Stone Hatchet" weapon in Grand Theft Auto Online following the recent update "After Hours", and changing the code for the game itself, the user YouTube Chilliad Mystery Guru could trigger the mission
Once the mission accomplished, which consists of five separate bounties, you are given the Stone Hatchet weapon for use in Grand Theft Auto Online but the fun does not stop there. Getting 25 killed in the game with the hatchet will actually unlock it as an exclusive weapon for use in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Grand Theft Auto V and its Component online are available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, while Red Dead Redemption 2 is only intended for consoles at the moment. Presumably, since this code was found in the PC version of the game, you will be able to transfer the hatchet to your system of choice by using a Rockstar Games Social Club account. We strongly doubt that Rockstar is waiting too long after the release before announcing a PC version. Grand Theft Auto V originally released only on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 before coming on PC, with mod support.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will be a prequel to the 2010 Red Dead Redemption and although he will not be the protagonist of this game, John Marston, he will play a role in the story. It will also feature an online component, and given the massive success of Grand Theft Auto Online nearly five years after its initial release, this should not be a surprise.
