Johaug before the Lillehammer weekend: "There were a lot of emotions

Thérèse Johaug admits that she is in the basement after the World Cup backpack.

LILLEHAMMER / OSLO (Nettavisen): Therese Johaug showed great strength at the national opening of Beitostølen and at the World Cup in Kuusamo last weekend.

The 30-year-old driver parked the competitors on Finnish snow and beat Charlotte Kalla with 22.5 seconds in the 10-kilometer race.

However, at a press conference in Lillehammer on Thursday, Johaug realized that it had cost his return after the doping judgment.

"After Kuusamo, it was a little emotional.After my return home, I felt the need for effort, but I tried to spend the day in Oslo well. at Lillehammer last night and I feel very ready to start a mini-tour, said Johaug.

I am very proud of myself, I have achieved my dream, as I did two years ago.

The 30-year-old admits there is a risk of going out after the experiences she has had in the last two weeks.

"Yes, it's all about whether you work or study a lot, or whether you compete, as we do.You often find yourself in the basement.I was a bit empty in my head and I stayed a little bad night until Monday, but I had a good day in Oslo and I feel ready for new competitions here.

The Lillehammer mini-tour starts with a sprint on Friday before continuing with 10 and 15 kilometers of free technique on Saturday and Sunday.
