A 22-year-old man is sued for submitting his mate to violence – then tossing him to the ground.

In March of last year, an alert to murder was issued after the 21-year-old man was found dead in front of a high-rise building in Fyllingsdalen in Bergen. According to the indictment, he was first reported to have been the victim of serious violence in an apartment, in particular as a result of repeated beatings to his head.

VG had previously written that the defendant had explained that he had hit a bottle at the head of a friend before relaxing from the seventh floor. According to the charges, the 21-year-old fell to 22 meters and died of head injuries.

The 22-year-old's mother was also deadly, but the charge was dropped. She is now being prosecuted for failing to help the murderer, who will have been seriously injured in the apartment before being knocked back by the swell of the block.

She is also accused of having removed or attempted to remove evidence from the scene. According to the prosecution, she washed the blood from the ground. In addition, she should have removed the blood-stained clothes from her son and then tried to burn them.

VG has already written that the three were in town Bergen in the evenings in advance, among other things at the famous Pingvinen pub. The police saw the three men on video surveillance from the bus back to Fyllingsdalen.

The mother has already explained that the son and friend were arguing a little after their return from the city, but that this had been arranged.

First, the 22-year-old murderer explained that it was an accident and VG informed that the man then explained that his friend had jumped from the seventh floor. Then he changed the explanation and admitted the murder.

– The prosecution's decision is in line with expectations, said human rights defender Bjarte Aarlie to VG.
