Norwegian Finans Holding held an Extraordinary General Meeting at which the listing proposal on the London Stock Exchange was canceled.
There were votes cast on behalf of 15,453,721 shares for the proposal, announcing that 85,854,682 shares were voted against.
It's Fortelus who has promoted the requirement to apply for registration, which is a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares.
