Do they work with a new handheld?

Sony has not seen the greatest success in the world with the PlayStation Vita, the Japanese giant probably not abandoning the game on handheld. This despite the fact that in 2015, they reported that they were not taking care of anyone in Vita.

If there is an indication that they actually have something to do in the pocket front, then that must be it.

Electronic game cassette

A patent recently filed by Sony in South Korea shows illustrations of an "electronic game cartridge" that tells us no more than what it possesses with some kind of connection that potentially allows communication with a console. This is somewhat consistent with John Kodera's statement in Sony, that it was important to watch pocket games earlier in the year, as the expansion of these games is now rather than to distinguish traditional games from pocket games.

Nevertheless, the patent is linked to a future PlayStation console, but we can also expect that there is no realization. Interestingly, this can be seen in conjunction with a 2017 patent, where the illustrations showed a console with a design that reminds me of the Nintendo switch.

What do you think – does Sony make a console similar to the Nintendo switch?
