Both alerts have a yellow level, which is the lowest level. This means that the situation is called "difficult" and that people are encouraged to "be aware of it".
The change of time of the week will be highlighted in several places. On Wednesday evening, the wind will blow up a small storm along the west coast of Norway, south of the city, and the North Sea is expected to experience a full storm, reports the Institute of Meteorology.
At the same time, the high pressure, which provided a cold winter and pleasant to large parts of the country, will be replaced by a low pressure on Wednesday, according to VG. It means warm weather and precipitation in large parts of the country.
"We can only find rain water," says the meteorologist Martin Granerød at the newspaper's Meteorological Institute.
The appeal mainly concerns the countries of the south, east and west. In the mountains, however, it must be assumed that the impetuous weather comes first like snow.
