But the failure did not occur only in the frigate and it is too early to say what was crucial for the accident.
Many were confused
The solace of the navy, if there are people after 137 people were killed in the night, is that the commission does not indicate that the frigate is the only one. The tanker must have escaped with deck lights that combine the necessary navigation lights with all vessels. This gave the frigate's crew reason to believe that the tanker was not moving.
The Fedje traffic center was confused before and the questions remained unanswered: what insight did it have about traffic in this area and how far did the station manage to convey the right image to all the ships? There is no bold assumption that there are things to handle.

Imperfection despite. The Hearing Panel will have to make an effort to clarify the matter so that the worst speculations can be resolved. This will work with a host of unanswered questions, which could trigger new speculation. It's inevitable, but for every news coming from surveys, the space for generalized theories of relationships becomes smaller.
The defense was disrupted by all the speculation and theories about what happened, and Defense Minister Frank Bakke-Jensen had preferred to see everyone waiting for a fence.
