Three cars colliding on Stord – driver at the hospital
Southwest police announced that three cars had collapsed at Vikabrekko near Leirvik in Stord just before the 13th Thursday. It was first reported that there were significant traffic problems, but soon a message that traffic was flowing was reported.
At 1:20 pm Traffic Center on Twitter that the road has been cleared and that traffic is in both directions.
Emergency data was transferred and health staff began on-site treatment with two drivers. One of them was finally rushed to hospital by ambulance.
"At the moment, I can not say whether there is a chain collision or if the cars have collapsed," said the director of operations, Steinar Knudsen, of the district of Southwest police.
According to the police, two cars and a van were involved in the collision.
