On Wednesday, the coveted book by Henrik Elvejord Borg (24), part of the reality show, titled "Text on the Beach", will hit stores shelves.
For a long time, the 24-year-old, who in the fall played a central role in "Ex on the Beach", promoted the book though. In addition to critical criticism of Dagbladet and VG, as he himself says that he's poking fun at it, the book is now creating headlines.
In particular, he criticizes the production and distribution of the "Ex on the Beach" reality show, which is attracting a lot of attention.
For VG, Elvejord Borg said that he should never have participated in the reality show.
– No, I should never have participated. I am bipolar! I could have been clinically crazy there. At one point, I wondered if I had clicked too, which meant that they wanted me to talk to a psychologist over there. But I could not, so I would risk that what I had hidden was revealed, he told VG.
Also in Dagbladet, the 24-year-old talks about old psychoactive substance abuse and mental disorders that he says have never been controlled by production before participation.

"I tried to dive with cocaine at outgoing parties, which is how I was introduced to the drug," he told Dagbladet.

– I moved to Tromsø to get better. I worked as a reporter before returning to Oslo. I'm moving away from cocaine today, he says.
