New Mazda3 Launches – Diesel Cups and Reduced Consumption by Nearly a Third

According to Mazda, the fuel consumption of the new engine could be 20 to 30% lower than that of the current Skyactive-G gasoline engine.

The output of this engine will be available with 184 horses, for the summer.

– In Norway, the car is launched with a Skyactiv-G gasoline engine in March, including with M-Hybrid. Skyactiv-X's deliveries will not begin until summer, and that's the engine we're going to invest in, "says Brinch. The Skyactiv-D diesel engine is not relevant for Norway.

The Mazda3 belongs to the so-called golf segment, where it is very competitive.
