The snowy and slippery roads create traffic problems in Tromsø on Wednesday. In Veslefrikkvegen, on one of the busiest bus lines between the university and the city center, traffic was stuck in the fourteenth century.
In Dramsvegen, several buses got stuck on slippery roads.
