At 03:05, police settled in Torgallmenningen after reporting an episode of violence outside of McDonald's.
Two men called and said they were beaten by strangers, said the director of operations, Dag Olav Sætre, of the West Police District.
The men who called the police are 27 and 31 years old. One of them had been broken two teeth. The other was suffering.
"It is very serious to take action." The two left the emergency room after talking to the police, said the operations manager.
Nobody is up to here stopped. Police asked if images from surveillance cameras were currently available in the area.
"We are investigating the matter further and are interested in getting in touch with more witnesses," Sætre said.
