Prince Harry accepts the apology from the agency of photography after taking several pictures of the couple's private residence.

Splash News chartered a helicopter in January to take pictures of Prince Harry (34) and Meghan Markle (37) in the Cotswolds in England.

In a statement by CNN, Buckingham Palace said the couple's safety was in danger after several photos were posted from his home, including The Times newspaper.
"The helicopter flying over the house at low altitude, so Splash News could take pictures of the living room and the dining area and straight into the bedroom," Buckingham Palace said in its statement.
The duke and the duchess therefore no longer have the opportunity to live on the property, says a source CNN.
The couple recently moved into the home of Frogmore Cottage, located near Windsor Castle.
