"People say that life is no longer yours, but I have only been thinking about myself for 39 years.I was tired of myself.I was so happy to focus on another person. I expected it to be a mother, she said.

McAdams, perhaps unsurprisingly, wants to keep the son's name for himself. It is also unlikely that you will see a picture of the child in the near future.
