The program for schools for children and adolescents must be "redone". The schemas of the program mention neither the Holocaust nor the Second World War.

– The Second World War and the Holocaust must be a natural part of the school curriculum. It is unthinkable to present a program in 2018 without including the biggest collapse of civilians of our time, "says Ervin Kohn, head of the Mosaic community and vice president of communications at Antirasist Center, Class Match.

Kohn receives support from Associate Professor Irene Trysnes in Social Sciences at Agder University. She wrote with her colleagues a response to the consultation in which they felt that the history and geographical aspects of the social sciences were at risk of disappearing.

– Sami perspectives and technology have a lot of space. Of course, it's important, but you also need to be concrete about other important historical events that matter in our lives, "said Trysnes.

The Norwegian Schools Program is being renovated and it is planned to remove much of the current teaching material so that students have more time to study the various subjects taught. The idea is that the programs will be "relevant for the future," the paper writes.
